To order, which means we start crafting your piece after receiving your order. Due to the nature of our materials ( polymer clay & air dry porcelain clay), our making time is 3-5 weeks. Please note that once your order is placed, it's non-cancellable. If you'd like to cancel your order during the making process, unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to entertain that request. I'll do my best to create and ship your order as soon as possible.
